Maroon 5

A while back I took K and a mommy/daughter date to the mainland for a Marroon 5 concert.
It was fabulous!!

We had such a great time.
Now I know what the big hype about Adam Levine is about.

Weekend Getaway to Hornby

We had the opportunity to go to Hornby for the weekend and it was a fantastic getaway.

We nestled into a caravan in exchange for cleaning a rental.
It was a bit rustic and the family wasn't too impressed.

The outdoor bathing was one thing!

The mouse poop in the bedding another.

But the outhouse with no door was the topper!!

But there were snakes.!!!

And miles of beach!!

Perfect!!

Cafe Gratitude

Since I started eating RAW years ago I have dreamed of eating at the Gratitude Cafe!!
It was better than i could have imagined!!

Yum!!

Yumm!!

Yummy!!

I am so happy to have real food after 10 days eating on the road.

Kids approved too!!

San Diego Zoo

We made it to San Diego Zoo.
Have to admit that i am not a fan of zoos.

It had its usually suspects and more than enough shopping to put any mall to shame.
Girls had fun but weren't really impressed.
They noticed how sad most of the animals looked.
