Popsicle Heaven

This time of year popsicles are everywhere.
I love a good popsicle, not the cheap old kind we had when we were kids.
But the gourmet ones you get at places like the Farmers Markets and fairs.

Snack

Keeping kids fed while we are running around in the summer and not always eating out keeps me motivated to make new treats/snacks.
These were a hit but were gone before i even got a chance to enjoy!!
Guess thats a good thing really!!
