Dance Recital week

The girls practiced hard for months and it all comes down to recital week.
They have photo day then tech, rehearsals and dress rehearsal.

Lots of hurry up and waiting going on.
But then the big night!!
The girls shine.
They love to be on stage.
I love to watch t hem and to see them having so much fun.
I am one proud mama!!

E turns 7

 Our littlest angel turned 7 yesterday.
I am a bit on shock.

 Where did that just go?

 E wanted a Pixie party.
We made a cake according to her specific desires!!
We made purses for all the goodies.

 We made tutus.

 And K made special wands, each with a magical power.

 We decorated and the sun was out.
It was a perfect Pixie party indeed.

Santa Parade

The girls got to participate in this years Santa Parade with their dance school.
It's always so much fun watching the kids get dressed up and happily marching down the street, dancing and smiling.

This year happened to be spectacular weather, for a change.

I think they liked being in the parade much better than watching.
They never even questioned missing anything.
Love them to bits.
