USS Midway

We made it to San Diego.
We were able to hit up most of the touristy things in town.
Dad's pick was the USS Midway.
Not the girls first choice but it was definitely interesting.

It in a museum and grand proportions.
Hard to believe it once floated out in the middle of the ocean during wars.

The girls were interested in hearing about wartimes etc.

Lots of history and nostalgia to enjoy!!

Girls got to man the deck and sit in the captains seat.
