Work Out for Me and the Girls

I have set up a home gym and a fitness circuit in my yard.
I work out 3-5 days a week depending on lifes schedule.

I feel so alive and sleep better than i have in years.
The girls are active as well.
Keeping up with capoeria and general activities like biking and running around our property.


Im trying to lead by example.
I want them to live long, healthy, strong lives.
