Colors of My Day

BLUE
-The bags under my eyes from staying up too late last night.
-The copious amounts of blueberries I ate.
-The colour of the apron I cut out to sew for a gift.
-The sky on this hot day.
-The pool that kept the girls cool.

WHITE
-My freezers that desperately needs reorganizing after all the new goodness filling them to the brim.
-The oatmeal I had for breakfast to settle the ucky tummy after all the treats I ate last night.
-Ben the sheeps' matted fur that I shaved off today while J wrestled him down.
-The delish crackers I made and ate the rest of.

GREEN
-The 16 zucchinis I picked from the garden this morning.
-The bags of grated zucchini I processed for the freezer.
-My garden and the weeds I spent 2 hours pulling out.
-Grilled zucchini salad we brought to Uncle D's for supper.

RED
-The blisters on my hands from raking the yard.
-My stained hands from making the beet salad we also took to Uncle D's.
-Th 40lbs of frozen raspberries I picked from the garden and packaged into bags for the freezer.

BROWN
-My feet after 4 hours in the yard this morning in holey shoes.
-The bbq'd steak we had for lunch..mmmmm.
-Chocolate zucchini cupcakes I made for our dessert for company tomorrow night.
-The color of the day bed J is building for me on the deck.
-The wood J split.

BLACK
-The fleas on our new cat I cannot get rid of. Grrrr.
-The color I saw while I had a nap this afternoon.
-The 3 turkey who escaped today.
-The comfy outfit I wore tonight.
