Three Bag Night

With the new school year bring with it the need for school bags.

Or, for me, simply an excuse to sew some new ones.

E has decided that kindergarten "Is the Best!"

This makes me happy because I was unsure how this was going to work with her big sister being home schooled.

First day...so far so good.

So the above bag is for E's library books.

This black bag is for dance class shoes and such, up-cycled for a thrift store skirt.

Styled by K with the utmost intent on fashion.

And this little drawstring bag is for E's spare clothes at school.

I had started a b&w and red quilt ages ago and knew it wasn't going to get much father so I used some of that and lined it and put in a statin drawstring.

I'm pretty happy with it.

I didn't even get a new bag out of the deal.

3 in one night is enough for now.
