Horsing Around

My girls have always been exposed to horses.
With a Nana who is fanatical it is pretty easy.
Nana had to put her last horse down recently and this has left a gap in our lives.
The other day the girls got to ride again and had so much fun.
Our dear neighbour has 5 Norwegian Fiord's and they are so big and gentle and sweet.


A great time was spent playing a walking them through the trails behind our house.
We even grabbed a charlie brown tree for our neighbour en route.

We hope to make riding a once a week thing again.

Lately we have had the great luck of having a personal ice skating trainer, ie: uncle.

He has been teaching the girls weekly and they are getting really great at it.

In the next weeks are going to be doing some snow shoeing and skiing.

We love winter sports.
