Scrabbles Messages

I bought a necklace a few winters ago at a local craft fair.

It was made from a scrabble piece and had a beautiful crow painted on the blank side of the game square.

I knew I could easily make them so I hunted for old games.
I have since been able to replicate them, but realized how many do I really need?

The games have sat unused, waitng for some inspiration to hit me.

While scouting for a late night crafting fix, inspiration hit me so I gathered the remaining game pieces and decided to make a few signs and magnets.

A glue gun and some magnets were all I needed to finish off these three projects that are now throughout the house.

On our peg board/imagination station.

I glued this phrase to the scrabble rack and I love how it is a fitting piece of art by the photo wall.
Simple fridge magnets just waiting for a chore list, or a pretty picture, to be placed under each name.

So next time you find an old scrabble game at a garage sale or thrift store, grab it and craft away.

Make a note for someone you love, or even a necklace.
