Natural Pastures Cheese Factory

We live in a place where you really can get everything.
One local family business is getting rave reviews and world renowned attention and awards for its cheeses.
We were lucky enough to meet the master cheese maker as he did a demonstration showing the basics of cheese making.
I am hooked.

I have out in an order for rennet and bacteria, but of course it's only available from a place in Ontario.
I'll have to wait to quench my cheese making craving.
I have been wanting to make cheese for a while and am excited to make fresh mozzarella.
I'll let you know when I do. Maybe I'll do a tutorial.
